          Phone Counseling is a convenient option for new moms and for those who are house-bound.  It is also more cost-effective than office visits..
          Phone counseling isn't covered by most insurance companies - check yours to see.  Phone counseling is also not recommended for people in crisis.

          Email Advising is a fun option for those who like to communicate through writing.  It's not recommended for crisis situations.  The cost is $10 per email and you can pay by PayPal.
